Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Taela Marie Boutique! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.

Taela Marie Shipping Options

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on all USA orders of $75 or more.

  • LOCAL PICKUP: Pick up your order in person in Rhineland, MO. Pickup is free, but you must email us at info@taelamarieboutique.com to arrange a time.  Please make contact within 24 hours of your purchase.  If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, your items may be returned to stock or your order may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, all credit card processing fees are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.  Local pickup is for online orders only and must be scheduled in advance. Returns are not accepted at this location.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: $10  Please allow 1-3 business days once the order is placed for processing and 5-8 business days for delivery.

  • PRIORITY SHIPPING: $20 Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-3 business days for delivery.

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: $45 Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-2 business days for delivery.

Please note: Processing time may be slightly extended during sales, holidays, or new product launches.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Taela Marie Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not received it:

  • Double check the shipping address

  • Look around your property and check with neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly


Return Shipping

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require a reshipping fee.

You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items.
